How do I contact the owner of a flat I see on the map?

Finding a flat · answered from real data shared by Bangalore renters

Short answer: Tap a pin marked WHOLE AVBL or ROOM AVBL (or a green "N AVBL" group) — the owner's phone and email are shown right there, with no login and no fee. Plain rent pins without that tag are anonymous rent reports and have no contact.

The details

There are two kinds of pins on the map:

Available listings (green tags) — flats and rooms an owner is renting out now. Tap one to see the photos, rent, deposit and the owner's direct contact. There are about 286 live listings right now; the "Avlb Flats" button shows only those.
Rent reports — what someone pays for their home, shared anonymously to help others judge rents. These deliberately carry no contact details.

Call or WhatsApp the owner yourself; the first renter to respond usually gets the visit. If you'd rather be notified, drop a seeker pin and matching listings are emailed to you.
